Hey guy! It’s once again Wednesday and time for another new workout. Hump Days are always a little rough and fitting in a long workout just isn’t always possible for my schedule (or yours!). So today’s workout is centered around my favorite and most effective piece of cardio equipment, the rower! The rower is scary for a lot of people because they just aren’t sure how to use it. Or for many of us, five minutes on the rower and we’re pooped! I understand both thoughts but I want you to break out of your comfort zone and find the rower next time you’re at the gym. Now that you have a better idea of how to row more efficiently and effectively take this workout for a spin.
The rower gives you a great full body workout but rest is needed to work hard again during the next round. Use the strength exercises to slow down a bit and recover just enough to push your limits again! Set a goal for yourself each round to row the 250 meters faster than the last round. From warm-up to cool-down this workout should take 35-45 minutes. Good luck!
